Disciplinary Actions
Click on the following links to view disciplinary actions that were taken at the Board Meetings.
Agency Policy: Enforcement cases will be posted on the website for three years past the closing date.
The only exception to this policy is cases where a sanction exceeds three years.
These cases will be posted until the case action has expired. In cases where this action expiration
cannot be resolved, they will be posted indefinitely.
